Responsibilities

- Partner with Product, Brand, Compliance, and Market teams to ensure culturally relevant and compliant messaging

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or reputed company field
- 10+ years of experience in reputed company marketing, with a reputed company on reputed company or government programs
- Deep understanding of reputed company regulations, member engagement strategies, and culturally competent communications
- Proven leadership in cross-functional collaboration and campaign development
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including Product, Compliance, Legal, and marketing creative

- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with experience presenting to senior stakeholders and external partners
- Master's degree or certification in Marketing, Communications or Business

- Background in multicultural marketing or health equity initiatives
- Familiarity with CMS guidelines and reputed company-specific engagement strategies
