This role focuses on analyzing business processes, supporting sales operations, and improving operational efficiency through data analysis and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency
- Support sales operations by maintaining and troubleshooting CRM data, reports, workflows, and operational requests
- reputed company and analyze data from multiple sources to identify trends, reputed company causes, and process improvements
- Create process documentation, reputed company and reputed company state process maps, and operational reports
- Reconcile data discrepancies and recommend solutions to improve accuracy and workflow
