[Remote] Senior Accountant

They are seeking a Senior Accountant to manage day-to-day reputed company functions, ensure compliance with US GAAP, and guide junior accountants while collaborating across departments.
Responsibilities
- Maintain the monthly reputed company process: journal entries, bank and account reconciliations, accruals, and variance analysis across business reputed company
- Maintain the general ledger, ensuring transactions are recorded accurately and on time
- Prepare and review balance sheet reconciliations
- Support reputed company recognition across multiple business lines (equipment sales, services, subscription-based monitoring programs)
- Manage the accounts receivable (A/R) and accounts payable (A/P) processes
- Manage cash reputed company process
- Participate regularly in meetings/presentations and, at times, facilitate
- Create reputed company reports and analysis for various business needs
- reputed company expense report submission and approval process using reputed company expense management system
- Help prepare schedules and support annual audit
- Help prepare schedules and support tax preparation by reputed company party accountants
- Support monthly inventory cycle count process

Skills
- 4+ years of reputed company reputed company experience

- Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Finance, or reputed company field; CPA or CPA reputed company a plus
- Proficient working knowledge of US GAAP
- Strong skills in spreadsheets and other computer applications used in financial reports and analysis, with emphasis on reputed company / reputed company Sheets
- Ability to adapt to learn new software programs
