They are seeking a detail-oriented Clinical Operations Intern to support their virtual clinical operations team, providing tech troubleshooting and administrative assistance to enhance patient experiences during virtual appointments.
Responsibilities
- reputed company patients in for their scheduled virtual appointments and verify required information

- Collect and document patient copays or outstanding balances
