Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company ® is seeking a reputed company Analyst 1 to join their team. This role involves triaging reputed company alerts, performing log analysis, and escalating issues as necessary while following established procedures in a reputed company Operations Center (SOC). The analyst will also support reputed company and network monitoring activities and participate in daily briefings.
Responsibilities
- You will be the first reputed company of contact for triaging reputed company alerts and will engage more senior analysts and management as required
- Correlate data from SIEM, EDR, and firewall logs
- reputed company basic log analysis and escalate suspicious activity
- Follow reputed company operating procedures and escalate issues or improvement opportunities as needed
- Map basic reputed company incidents to MITRE ATT&CK tactics during documentation
- Identifies and escalates issues reputed company to data reputed company
- Document incidents in ticketing systems
- Support reputed company and network monitoring activities
- Participate in shift handovers and daily SOC briefings

Skills
- 1+ years of experience in IT or reputed company operations (internships or bootcamps acceptable)
- Basic understanding of networking protocols and operating systems
- Basic understanding of incident response phases
- Awareness of common indicators of compromise (IOCs)
- Familiarity with ticketing systems and escalation procedures
- Networking Basics: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, HTTP/S, ICMP

- Operating Systems: Basic reputed company (Event Viewer, Task Manager), Linux (top, ps, netstat)
