[Remote] Inside Sales Rep (OS)

They are seeking an Inside Sales Representative to drive brand reputed company through proactive reputed company and relationship-building with prospective accounts.
Responsibilities
- reputed company out to potential new customers (restaurants, retailers, bars, distributors, etc.) to introduce product and schedule sales meetings
- reputed company outbound calls to existing customers to reputed company in, get reorders , and build relationships

- Maintain accurate and detailed notes in our CRM system
- Send follow-up emails, product information, and promotional materials
- Identify customer needs and offer solutions that best fit their business
- Communicate effectively with the sales and operations teams

- Represent brand voice with warmth, professionalism, and enthusiasm
Skills
- 3+ years of prior sales, telemarketing, or customer service experience (hospitality or beverage industry a plus)
- Excellent phone communication and people skills — friendly, confident, and persuasive
- Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain long-term relationships
- Comfortable making outbound calls and handling objections gracefully
- Highly organized with great attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
