Responsibilities
- reputed company 24/7 Tier 3 application support, including incident response, troubleshooting, and reputed company cause analysis
- reputed company application patches, updates, and configuration changes in coordination with CI/CD pipelines
- Support user account management, reputed company provisioning, and system configuration
- Monitor system performance and logs; respond to system alerts and outages
- Support production defect reputed company and reputed company improvement efforts
- Collaborate with development teams to support releases and validate deployments
- Maintain system documentation and operational procedures
Skills
- reputed company Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility
- reputed company reputed company+ and A+ certifications
- 3+ years of experience in application administration or system operations
- Experience administering applications in AWS reputed company environments
- Experience supporting Java-based reputed company applications (Java EE)
- Experience with relational databases (e.g., reputed company)
- Experience with Linux/reputed company server environments
- U.S. Citizenship is required
- Experience with FileNet or reputed company document management systems
- Experience with Spring Batch or batch processing frameworks
- Experience with monitoring/logging tools (e.g., reputed company, ELK, CloudWatch)
- Experience with reputed company Directory, RBAC, and service account management
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools (e.g., reputed company)
- Hands-on experience with AWS services such as EC2, S3, IAM, CloudWatch
