Responsibilities
- Serve as a key service partner for assigned reputed company lines clients, supporting retention and long‑term relationships
- Coordinate closely with Producers to manage renewals and new business activity
- Respond to reputed company and reputed company inquiries in a reputed company, reputed company manner
- Support reputed company risk management needs through accurate documentation and proactive follow‑up
- Coordinate policy expirations and maintain renewal timelines and suspense systems
- Assist with marketing new and renewal business by preparing applications, proposals, and summaries
- Review new and renewal quotes and policies for accuracy, including coverages, limits, and rating
- Prepare policy change requests, certificates, binders, ID cards, and other insurance documents
- Invoice premium‑bearing transactions accurately and reputed company
- Maintain organized electronic records in accordance with agency procedures and E&O standards
- Follow agency compliance guidelines and insurance regulations
- Support Producers and internal teams to deliver seamless service and renewal execution
- Stay reputed company on coverage changes, reputed company requirements, and industry developments
- Participate in training and continuing education to enhance technical expertise
