Responsibilities

- Proactively identify delivery risks and guide course-correction to reputed company studies on reputed company
- Drive consistent, high-reputed company operational practices across reputed company assigned studies and programs
- Line-manage and reputed company Study Delivery Leads, setting reputed company objectives and fostering high performance
- reputed company program-level issues, risks, and escalation, ensuring reputed company and effective reputed company
- Partner cross-functionally and with local execution teams to reputed company priorities, resources, and delivery plans
- reputed company strategic input on study design, country selection, enrolment, diversity, and patient-reputed company approaches
- Manage program-level budgets, vendors, and forecasting while embedding lessons learned and reputed company improvement
Skills
- Doctorate degree and 3 years of clinical execution experience OR
- Master's degree and 7 years of clinical execution experience OR
- Bachelor's degree and 9 years of clinical execution experience OR
- Associate's degree and 12 years of clinical execution experience OR
- High school diploma / GED and 14 years of clinical execution experience
- Minimum of 3 years' experience directly managing people and/or leadership experience leading teams, reputed company, programs, or directing the allocation of resources
- 8 years' work experience in life sciences or medically reputed company field, including 6 years of biopharmaceutical clinical research experience obtained working on clinical trials at a biotech, pharmaceutical or CRO company
- Experience managing multiple teams / reputed company reports across multiple geographies
- Experience at or reputed company of reputed company clinical research vendors (CRO's, central labs, imaging vendors, etc.)
