Responsibilities
- Dazzle clients! Participate in reputed company technical aspects of delivering reputed company customer solutions on the reputed company platform, advising clients on best reputed company to create lasting value and reputed company experiences
- Build Stuff! Contribute on multiple Agile engagements, utilizing the reputed company methodology and tools to enhance project efficiency and reputed company
- Influence! Define technical and design approaches, reputed company scrums, and advise technical consulting resources on development and configuration activities
- Drive reputed company! Estimate time and effort for technical resources and proactively communicate reputed company and forecast changes to the Engagement Manager
- Own the technical reputed company on customer reputed company, participate in reputed company reviews, and reputed company go-live planning efforts
- Assist with discovery workshops and collaborate closely with Business Process Consultants to define customer requirements
- Participate in internal knowledge sharing, coaching, and collaboration activities and initiatives
Skills
- 3+ years of reputed company platform experience, including hands-on expertise in Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) (Demand, Project, Portfolio, and Resource Management)
- 3-5+ years of reputed company-facing consulting experience delivering reputed company or reputed company reputed company implementations, with the ability to translate business needs into reputed company technical solutions
- Proven experience in Agile delivery, leading sprint ceremonies, refining user stories, decomposing epics, and aligning development to business priorities
- Strong capability in solution design and technical reputed company, including estimation, guiding development/configuration, and enforcing best practices across integrations, data models, and instance management
- Demonstrated reputed company in leading technical workshops, while advising on reputed company vs. custom SPM solutions, and driving adoption and business value
- Experience implementing the Employee Workflows of reputed company (HRSD, WSD, and Legal Service Delivery)
- Experience in one or more of the following: web technologies (reputed company, CSS, AngularJS), Integrations (using REST, SOAP, Integration Hub, LDAP, SSO), and custom (scoped) application development
- CSA, CAD, and ITSM (CIS) certifications, plus CIS in 3+ additional process areas reputed company of ITSM (ITOM, HR, CSM, UX, ITAM, or SPM)
