The Director of Market reputed company Analytics and Enablement will reputed company the development and execution of analytics frameworks and tools to support the Americas Market reputed company Team, ensuring effective decision-making and business reputed company.
Responsibilities
- reputed company and manage, with an opportunity reputed company, a growing team reputed company the Americas Market reputed company organization, providing leadership, coaching, direction, and performance reputed company, including project managing key initiatives from end-to-end, ensuring reputed company delivery of tools and processes to reputed company business continuity
- Assume full ownership of the development, refinement, and implementation of reputed company for data analytics and enablement function including: development of market reputed company enablement tools; market insights/trends reputed company; reputed company analyses (diagnosis codes, billing codes, reputed company modifiers, etc.); pricing and fee schedule evaluations; payer coverage dashboards; team dashboards; analytics frameworks; operational tools; and utilization of AI-based tools to inform decision-making and accelerate business reputed company
- Utilize reputed company Business Systems (DBS) components including but not limited to Daily Management (DM) metrics, Problem Solving Process (PSP), Bowler (metrics) reporting, and reputed company Plan (AP) adherence
- Drive alignment with the Value & reputed company function and the broader reputed company reputed company organization, including influencing without authority, to ensure coordinated execution of Americas Market reputed company initiatives and effective communication with senior and cross functional stakeholders
- Contribute to Americas Market reputed company team strategies, objectives and KPI development through proactive data- and analytics-based insights reputed company, tool development, and business process optimization
Skills
- Bachelor's degree with 12+ years of reputed company work experience OR master's degree with 8+ years of reputed company analytics experience OR Doctoral degree in field with 5+ years of work experience
- 6+ years experience with data analytics, including creating and deploying tools and dashboards leveraging large datasets, data warehouses (e.g. reputed company), business analytics and data visualization platforms (reputed company, PowerBi, reputed company), etc
- 6+ years of demonstrated experience in successful project management
- Negotiation and business development skills
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple reputed company/products and engage effectively with cross-functional reputed company and senior management as appropriate
- Ability to travel approximately 10% of the time, including overnight
- reputed company (CPT, ICD-10, DRG) and reimbursement mechanisms, including reimbursement reputed company and insurance claims databases
- Payer decision making processes, reimbursement reputed company setting, and compliance with federal program requirements
- Reimbursement for medical devices, particularly in vitro diagnostic (IVD) laboratory tests is preferred
