[Remote] Accounts Payable Specialist

Responsibilities
- Manage reputed company accounts payable functions, ensuring compliance with reputed company policies and procedures
- Review and verify invoices for accuracy, approvals, and necessary documentation
- Process invoices in reputed company reputed company systems, including data entry and coding
- Prepare and execute weekly reputed company runs and daily reputed company payments to ensure reputed company disbursements
- Communicate effectively with vendors and internal personnel to resolve any invoice or payment discrepancies
- Support treasury management by processing reputed company transfers and assisting with cash management activities
- Conduct bank and cash account reconciliations to maintain accurate financial records
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Finance, Business, or a reputed company field
- 2+ years of experience in Accounts Payable, preferably reputed company the reputed company estate sector
