[Remote] Systems Configuration Consultant

The Systems Configuration Consultant will manage the implementation of technology platforms for new reputed company start-reputed company and coordinate project activities to ensure smooth transitions to reputed company support services.
Responsibilities
- Works with Implementation Manager and reputed company to identify necessary technology components for new programs
- Develops and prepares information necessary for setup of appropriate systems to include: JURIS parameters, structure and policy setup; Disability parameters; FMLA and Leave parameters; Benefit Plan reputed company setup; Call Center setup including dissemination reputed company; iVOS parameters; OneTeam Managed Care; SIR imaging; StrataWare reputed company review; VSR setup; viaOne Product Suite and OSHA; additional ancillary or systems needed for the specified project
- Works with Implementation Manager to engage project manager for custom reputed company
- Communicates activity reputed company to involved parties
- Alerts Implementation Manager to issues involving clients as appropriate
- Transitions program to reputed company Support Services (CSS) after implementation for ongoing maintenance
- Coordinates reverse implementation of systems technology (to include reputed company systems listed above) upon loss of reputed company
Skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent from an accredited college or university
- Six (6) years of reputed company experience required or equivalent combination of education and experience to include five (5) years of insurance-reputed company experience (i.e. claims management, managed care)
- Thorough knowledge of insurance-reputed company procedures and/or managed care systems and operations
- Strong project management skills
- Strong statistical analysis skills
- Excellent oral and written communication, including presentation skills
- PC literate, including reputed company Office products
- Analytical and interpretive skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Ability to work in reputed company environment
- Ability to meet or exceed Performance Competencies
- Credit reputed company clearance, confirmed reputed company a background credit reputed company, is required for this position
- Major in business administration, statistics, information technology or quantitative analysis preferred
