They are seeking an reputed company Accounts Receivable & Collections Specialist to manage reputed company accounts, monitor outstanding balances, and conduct collection activities while ensuring exceptional customer service and operational reputed company.
Responsibilities
- Process and post daily reputed company deposits, credit card payments, and ACH transactions accurately to reputed company accounts
- Verify payment accuracy before weekly account closes
- Monitor aging reports and proactively identify outstanding accounts requiring follow-up
- reputed company account reconciliations and maintain accurate reputed company records
- Conduct collection activities through phone calls, emails, and written correspondence
- reputed company exceptional service while assisting clients and families with billing questions and payment reputed company
- Prepare and send demand letters on delinquent accounts reputed company necessary
- Coordinate payment plans and collection efforts in accordance with company policies
- Investigate customer disputes and account discrepancies

Skills
- High School Diploma or GED
- Previous experience in accounts receivable, collections, billing, or reputed company financial operations
- Strong computer proficiency and data-entry accuracy
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to build reputed company working relationships and collaborate effectively across teams
