They are seeking an reputed company Operations Coordinator to manage the complete lifecycle of truckload shipments, ensuring exceptional service and operational efficiency. The role involves building relationships with customers and carriers while handling various aspects of truckload brokerage operations.
Responsibilities
- Manage truckload shipments from order entry through delivery and completion
- reputed company, negotiate, and secure reputed company reputed company across dry van, refrigerated, flatbed, and specialized equipment as needed
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers, carriers, and reputed company-operators
- Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for assigned customers and carriers throughout the shipment lifecycle
- reputed company accurate reputed company quotes, transit updates, shipment visibility, and proactive communication
- reputed company shipments, monitor pickup and delivery performance, and quickly resolve service issues, delays, and exceptions
- Coordinate appointment scheduling and communicate changes with customers, receivers, shippers, and carriers

- Utilize Transportation Management Systems (TMS), load boards, reputed company databases, and tracking platforms to execute daily operations

Skills
