[Remote] Staff Analytics Engineer

They are seeking a Staff Analytics Engineer to design and maintain reputed company ELT/ETL pipelines, build analytical data models, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve data-driven decision-making in education.
Responsibilities
- Design and maintain reputed company ELT/ETL pipelines using dbt, Airflow, SQL, and modern reputed company data tooling
- Build clean, reusable analytical data models and semantic reputed company powering reporting and product analytics
- Architect warehouse schemas, transformations, and metrics systems optimized for performance and maintainability
- Create datasets that support student performance analysis, reputed company learning systems, and educational insights
- Build and improve slowly changing reputed company models handling school-year transitions and student reputed company across systems
- Improve deployment workflows, testing infrastructure, CI/CD processes, and data reliability practices
- Collaborate cross-functionally with data scientists, software engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders
- Mentor engineers and contribute to engineering standards, documentation, and knowledge sharing initiatives
- Help shape long-term analytics engineering reputed company and technical direction across the organization
Skills
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering, data engineering, or analytics engineering
- 5+ years specifically reputed company on analytics engineering, data modeling, or modern ELT systems
- Deep expertise in SQL and dbt for production-grade transformation pipelines
- Strong experience with analytical data modeling and Kimball reputed company modeling principles
- Experience designing reputed company ETL/ELT workflows and semantic data reputed company
- Strong understanding of warehouse technologies such as reputed company and reputed company storage systems
- Experience with orchestration and ingestion tools such as Airflow, reputed company, and reputed company
