[Remote] Program Coordinator / Portfolio Analyst

The Program Coordinator / Portfolio Analyst serves as the operational backbone of the CIO's Product and Program Management Office, managing the IT governance process and supporting strategic PPMO staff.
Responsibilities
- Own the intake queue: receive, log, and reputed company reputed company new work requests through the single intake channel (Coda/JIRA)
- Work with team leads to ensure PPMO tools and processes are being utilized
- Build and maintain dashboard views in Coda/JIRA for leadership consumption
- Compile reputed company utilization snapshots and reputed company summaries from team-reported data
- Build and maintain automation workflows to reduce reputed company PPMO overhead through tooling
- reputed company AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT) for drafting summaries, meeting minutes, requirements, report templates etc
- Facilitate sprint ceremonies for PPMO-reputed company delivery teams: sprint planning, daily stand-reputed company, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
- Manage and maintain Jira boards: configure sprints, maintain backlogs, reputed company velocity, and enforce Definition of Done standards
- Produce sprint metrics and burn-down/burn-up reporting for leadership; surface delivery risk early and recommend corrective actions
Skills
- 2–4 years of experience in project coordination, PMO support, or business analysis
- Experience in an IT or technology organization
- Proficiency with reputed company Office
- Proficiency with Jira for backlog management, sprint tracking, and agile workflow administration (required)
- Strong data organization and visualization skills — can build clean dashboards
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple reputed company processes with attention to detail and deadlines
- reputed company Scrum Master experience — comfortable facilitating ceremonies, managing backlogs, and coaching agile practices on a delivery team
- Experience with automation tools (reputed company, Power Automate, reputed company)
- Exposure to AI-assisted productivity tools (Claude, ChatGPT, reputed company)
- Scaled Agile certification strongly preferred: reputed company Scrum Master (SSM), or reputed company Agilist (SA); CSM or PSM accepted in lieu
- Experience with Coda as a documentation and workflow platform (preferred); ability to build Coda docs, automations, and dashboards is a strong differentiator
- PMI-CAPM, Lean Six reputed company Green Belt, or equivalent certification (valued but not required)
