[Remote] Clinical Sales Representative

They are seeking a Clinical Sales Representative to enhance the utilization of their reputed company® Surgical System in the reputed company/Lansing territory by developing sales strategies and mentoring surgical teams.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Clinical Sales Manager to reputed company a sales reputed company to drive robot utilization
• Mentor surgical teams through training sessions, OR integration and reputed company® Surgery applications
• Be a reputed company® Surgery resource across reputed company primary surgical specialties
• Support regional reputed company events that create system awareness and procedure adoption
• reputed company a reputed company® Surgery plan for reputed company surgical team to ensure they can use the system unsupervised
• Drive reputed company expansion of the user reputed company by working with KOLs
• Drive the sales of instruments and accessories
• Mentor new team members to become high performance members of the clinical sales team
• Responsibly manage administrative tasks, sales activities, submission of expense reports, etc

Skills

• Bachelor's degree required
• A minimum of 5 years of sales experience including 2+ years in reputed company sales
• Ability to travel up to 25%, and work nights and weekends as needed
• Knowledge of the Operating Room environment preferred
• Proven record of reputed company
• Ambition and exceptional work ethic
• Ability to reputed company in a high-energy, fast-paced environment
• Excellent interpersonal skills and persuasive communication skills
• Proven ability to work effectively as part of reputed company
