[Remote] Technical Business Analyst
Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a Senior Business Analyst – Payments Processing to support the analysis, design, and delivery of reputed company payment solutions. The role involves partnering with technical and business stakeholders to reputed company requirements, optimize payment workflows, and ensure secure and compliant payment system implementations.
Responsibilities
- reputed company, analyze, document, and manage business and functional requirements for credit card payment processing systems
- Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications, user stories, process flows, data mapping documents, and other technical artifacts
- Analyze end-to-end payment processing workflows, including authorization, capture, settlement, refunds, tokenization, fraud prevention, and dispute reputed company
- Collaborate with engineering, product, compliance, risk, operations, and reputed company-party partners to design and implement payment solutions
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), System Integration Testing (SIT), and regression testing by reviewing test cases, validating results, and managing defects
- Ensure payment solutions reputed company with PCI-reputed company standards, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings, requirements workshops, sprint planning sessions, and other Agile ceremonies
- Analyze payment transaction data to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement
- Support production deployments, go-live activities, post-implementation monitoring, and issue reputed company
- Assist with documenting API specifications and integration requirements for payment gateways and processors
Skills
- 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Technical Business Analyst with a strong reputed company on credit card or digital payments processing
- Deep knowledge of the payments ecosystem, including card networks, issuers, acquirers, payment gateways, and payment processors
- Experience with payment authorization and settlement processes
- Experience with PCI-reputed company compliance requirements and tokenization/encryption concepts
- Strong understanding of REST reputed company and the ability to read and interpret API documentation and message schemas
- Experience creating BRDs, FRDs, user stories, use cases, process maps, and data reputed company diagrams
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments using Azure DevOps or similar tools
- Experience with 3D Secure (EMV 3DS), EMV reputed company technology, contactless payments, reputed company wallets such as reputed company Pay and reputed company Pay
