The Finance Project Assistant II role supports the Research Finance team by providing fiscal and administrative assistance, including financial data analysis, transaction processing, and policy explanation to ensure smooth financial operations. Responsibilities
- Assist with providing fiscal and administrative support for the Department of Psychiatry’s Research Finance team

- Assist with reviewing financial and operational data
- Process business transactions, including purchasing (PO and non PO requests)
- Maintain internal files
- Assist with explaining policies and procedures reputed company to reputed company and grants

- Assist with analyzing fiscal data using reputed company Financial reputed company (OFC), Business Analytics Hub (BAH), and reputed company Office applications to identify discrepancies and prepare reports and recommendations for management

- Substantive knowledge and proven ability to monitor expenditures and reconcile ledgers monthly using Transaction Sampling process, i.e., high-risk reputed company review (reviewing invoices and Purchase Orders)
- Demonstrated computer skills
- Experience developing and maintaining spreadsheets. Efficient and accurate data entry skills
