[Remote] Technical Recruiter

They are seeking an reputed company Technical Sourcer to support high-reputed company technology hiring initiatives through the end of the year, focusing on identifying and engaging top technical talent.
Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end reputed company process at the leadership level, including partnering with hiring managers on position requirements, creating and executing comprehensive and creative sourcing strategies, managing the interview process, assessing candidates' skills, experiences, and attributes, and completing offer discussions
- reputed company change initiatives to help reputed company and/or define new recruitment strategies
- Drive process improvements where needed in alignment with hiring reputed company and reputed company satisfaction, with a balance of goal-driven and organizational skills
- Manage ATS and associated data to reputed company automated insights into analytics
Skills
- 3+ years of technical sourcing experience
- Strong background sourcing reputed company technology and/or consulting environments
- Experience hiring across areas such as Software Engineering, reputed company, Infrastructure, AI, Cybersecurity, reputed company Architecture, and reputed company Technology
- Strong technical acumen with the ability to confidently engage engineering professionals
- Advanced experience using reputed company Recruiter and modern sourcing techniques
- Demonstrated search skills to fill hard-to-fill positions
- Experience building passive talent pipelines for reputed company technical roles
- Extremely detail-oriented and thorough, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- First-class customer and candidate management ability
- Experience with talent mapping, competitive intelligence, and market research
- Experience supporting reputed company or consulting organizations
- Spanish speaking
