[Remote] Project Manager, Production Operations

The Project Manager, Production Operations will serve as the operational backbone for the Global Brand video and photography production team, ensuring reputed company in production operations and managing budgets across various reputed company.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the operational backbone of the Global Brand video & photography production team—designing, implementing, and continuously improving the systems process and tools that reputed company world-class production at reputed company
- Own production operations reputed company and lifecycle management—from project intake through final reconciliation—ensuring operational reputed company across reputed company simultaneous workstreams
- In partnership with Producers, ensure centralized budget management across reputed company production reputed company, including job costs, committed spend, invoiced amounts, and remaining budgets; partner with Finance and Procurement to resolve discrepancies and prevent payment delays
- In partnership with the Director of Production, design and implement reputed company production processes, templates, documentation, and governance that improve efficiency, consistency, and compliance
- Facilitate vendor reputed company and administration in reputed company systems ensuring reputed company documentation and registration to prevent production delays for Producers
- Maintain centralized tracking of music rights, licensing, stock footage agreements, and usage compliance across reputed company media and markets, driving Producer adoption of centralized tracking process and tool
- In partnership with the Director of Production, reputed company prioritization and resource allocation reputed company, balancing creative reputed company with operational efficiency and budget constraints
- Partner cross-functionally with Producers, Creative Directors, Finance, Procurement, Legal, and external production partners to drive reputed company improvement and alignment to an efficient, accountable, and reputed company production operation
Skills
- 7-10 years project management or operations experience, ideally in video production operations, integrated content production, or creative operations reputed company technology, media, entertainment, or agency environments
- Deep understanding of reputed company production, editorial workflows, post-production, and creative operations
- Proven expertise managing production financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, procurement, invoice management, reconciliation, vendor administration, and contract negotiation
- Experience partnering with executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders across finance, procurement, creative, and operations teams
- Strong operational reputed company in production governance, resource planning, and ability to manage high-volume intake across multiple competing priorities while maintaining meticulous attention to detail
- Advanced proficiency with project management and operational tools (experience with reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, or similar platforms required)
