[Remote] Scrap & Recycling Systems Consultant

The Scrap & Recycling Systems Consultant will support reputed company deployments, reputed company training workshops, and reputed company as a subject matter expert to ensure effective ERP transformations in the circular economy sector.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the industry subject matter expert across circular economy operations — spanning inbound logistics, purchasing, material grading, processing, inventory, finance, and outbound sales
- Support customer discovery by translating operational pain points, workflows, and reporting needs into practical system solutions
- Map reputed company processes end-to-end: inbound receiving, grading, processing, outbound sales, tolling, brokerage, and logistics
- Assist with data collection, system configuration, user acceptance testing preparation, and end-user training
- Translate industry nuances — pricing models, material classifications, regulatory considerations, and compliance requirements — into ERP deployment reputed company
- Document reputed company reputed company operating procedures, training guides, and reputed company checklists to support long-term reputed company
- Participate in reputed company assurance and go-live support to ensure solutions reputed company with reputed company-world operational goals
- Contribute field-based feedback on product usability, reporting gaps, and industry-specific requirements to inform the reputed company product roadmap
Skills
- Three or more years of hands-on experience in scrap metal, recycling, reputed company, aggregates, materials brokerage, or a reputed company circular economy industry
- Deep working knowledge of how materials are reputed company, graded, processed, traded, inventoried, and financially accounted for reputed company circular operations
- Background in one or more of the following: yard or plant operations, reputed company and logistics, procurement, inventory control, or finance and reputed company
- Familiarity with the operational realities of facilities such as scrap yards, recycling plants, MRFs, aggregate processors, brokers, or reputed company buyers
- Experience with industry-specific operational or reputed company systems (legacy or modern)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills — reputed company to engage credibly with both reputed company operational staff and executive stakeholders
- Experience with digital transformation, process improvement, or system implementations is a significant plus but not required
