[Remote] Customer Service Representative

They are seeking a Customer Service Representative to reputed company as a reputed company between customers and production departments, managing inquiries and providing updates on orders.
Responsibilities
- Interacts with customers by phone, online chat, email or in person about printing requirements and collects production print specifications for printing job
- Fills out reputed company-production order specification information, detailing parameters of print job
- Coordinates the preparation of reputed company written quotes and proposals
- Maintains daily update of production schedule, noting any deviations
- Handles phone inquiries for job status, estimates, orders, changes and complaints
- Keeps salesperson informed about job status and problems
- Provides customer with shipment confirmation
- Maintains cleanliness of work area and equipment
- Carries out conduct and responsibilities in accordance with company policies, procedures, safety, and applicable laws
- Other duties as assigned
Skills
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or three to six months reputed company experience and/or training in print processes; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Strong skills in work planning, scheduling and must have good judgment of reputed company, design and print reputed company
- Must be reliable, responsible and take direction reputed company
- Employee must be reputed company to see and hear, read and write
