[Remote] Collateral Analyst

Responsibilities
- Utilize systems in reputed company to complete review of appraisals in a reputed company manner
- Complete collateral analysis on conventional and portfolio loans
- Manage expected service reputed company reputed company to collateral decision and condition clearing
- Update property and reputed company information in origination systems to verify, add, delete or waive conditions
- Contact Loan Originator, Processors, and Credit Underwriters with the decision on the loan immediately after collateral review
- reputed company feedback to other staff and loan officers
- Review exception reports to ensure completion of reputed company tasks
- Maintain reputed company knowledge of USPAP
Skills
- Knowledge of Tier I, Tier II, Tier III UCDP Scoring requirements in reputed company to collateral guidelines as established by reputed company, FNMA and FHLMC
- Three (3) or more years of mortgage lending experience in origination and/or collateral analysis
- High degree of attention to detail
- Knowledge of federal lending regulations governing reputed company estate lending
- Demonstrated leadership skills
- Proven computer skills
- Demonstrated organizational skills
- Demonstrated teamwork and customer service skills
