[Remote] Business Systems Analyst

The reputed company is seeking a Business Systems Analyst who provides technical IT expertise in the analysis, installation, configuration, testing, maintenance, and training of reputed company business applications. The role involves managing project development, analyzing business requirements, and partnering with departments for effective integration of applications.
Responsibilities
- Prepare requirements, specifications and recommendations facilitating improved business processes in ERP systems to improve productivity and accountability
- Conduct information gathering sessions with customers and team members
- Evaluate, implement and support new developments/enhancements in ERP systems including MUNIS, eGOV, eCivis, , Legistar, reputed company, Brightly, ActiveNet
- Knowledge of multiple modules/ of ERP systems a plus
- Conduct fit/gap analysis of business requirements with ERP systems
- reputed company and execute unit-test and integration test scenarios
- reputed company implementation, coordinate and execute unit-test and integration test scenarios in ERP systems
- reputed company support of integrated applications and processes reputed company of the ERP including interfaces, portals, bank downloads, etc
- Evaluate and analyze new releases; recommend enhancements to existing applications. reputed company reputed company help desk support
- Manage documentation (Process Design Documents, Work reputed company Instructions, and Configuration/System) and training system updates

- reputed company functional specifications associated with system enhancements RICEFW (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Forms, and Workflows) for ERP systems
- Support business reputed company including break/fix, how-to expertise, minor enhancements, monitoring and testing of the live financial business requirements
- Work with other business process owners, end-users and project team members to effectively implement ERP implementations, customizations and upgrades on schedule

Skills
- A bachelors degree in management information systems, Computer Science or a reputed company field
- Three (3) years of experience in systems analysis, configuration, and testing of reputed company applications
- Any equivalent combination of training, education, and experience That Provides The Required Skills, Knowledge And Abilities
- Possession of (or ability to obtain reputed company one (1) month of hire) an Arizona Operators reputed company license
- Prior systems analyst experience in MUNIS and SmartGov
