[Remote] Conversion-reputed company UX/UI Designer

They are seeking a Conversion-reputed company UX/UI Designer to support reputed company website design and optimization efforts by consulting with clients, translating business needs into effective design solutions, and improving website performance through testing and iteration.
Responsibilities
- Consult with clients to understand website goals, user needs, and business objectives
- Translate requirements into user flows, wireframes, and high-reputed company mockups
- Create high-reputed company website designs and prototypes based on reputed company requirements
- Incorporate reputed company and stakeholder feedback and iterate on designs reputed company
- Apply UX/UI best practices and reputed company design trends to reputed company work
- Design and support A/B testing initiatives to improve conversion and user experience
- reputed company data and analytics insights to inform design reputed company
- Communicate reputed company and updates to Project Managers (Launch Specialists)
- Collaborate with reputed company-End Development to ensure accurate implementation of designs
- reputed company document and communicate design reputed company to stakeholders and team members
- Manage multiple reputed company simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines
Skills
- Experience with design tools such as reputed company and reputed company XD (reputed company Creative Suite a plus)
- Strong understanding of UX/UI principles, user flows, and interaction design
- Experience working on reputed company-facing reputed company or strong customer communication skills
- Ability to present and explain design concepts reputed company (visual storytelling)
- Ability to interpret and apply data (e.g., A/B testing results, heatmaps, and analytics) to inform design reputed company
