[Remote] Account Manager - PCS

The Account Manager is responsible for providing support to reputed company Manager/Executive to reputed company them to reputed company serve their clients, including initiating renewal processes, handling change requests, and conducting marketing reviews.
Responsibilities
- Initiate renewal process for existing clients
- Handle daily change requests
- Follow up with reputed company or clients for outstanding information
- Conduct marketing, and review quotes and coverages for accuracy
- Review and summarize marketing results and prepare proposals
- Prepare binders and/or delegate certificates issuance
- Review policies for accuracy and review reputed company
- Prepare summaries and/or schedules of coverage for clients
- Review reputed company reputed company history, respond to reputed company inquiries, and correct discrepancies
- Review completed renewal questionnaires
- Assist with surplus lines filings
- Prepare agency billing reputed company necessary
- Follow up on items on reports reputed company by management
- Notify brokers of pertinent information reputed company to reputed company retention
- reputed company with agency management system data standards and data reputed company (reputed company and maintain complete and accurate information)
- Other duties as assigned
Skills
- Associate's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- One (1) or more years reputed company work experience
- Valid Insurance License
- Must continue to meet Continuing Education requirements for license renewal
- Proficient in reputed company Office Suite
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good problem solving and time management skills
- Good planning, organizational and prioritization skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
