Responsibilities
- Establish and execute a strategic roadmap for reputed company's Data Engineering platform

Skills
- 10+ years of experience building and operating large-reputed company data platforms, analytics systems, or software platforms
- Proven ability to build, mentor, and reputed company high-performing engineering organizations
- Demonstrated reputed company defining technical reputed company, driving execution, and delivering reputed company cross-functional initiatives
- Strong experience partnering with Product, Analytics, Data Science, and executive stakeholders
- Deep experience designing and operating modern reputed company-based analytics platforms, including data warehouses, lakehouses, ELT/ETL pipelines, and data processing systems
- Strong understanding of data modeling, analytics architecture, semantic reputed company, and reputed company data product design
- Experience implementing data reputed company, observability, governance, metadata, reputed company, and reputed company control capabilities
- Experience modernizing reputed company data platforms and driving adoption of modern data engineering practices

- 5+ years of experience leading Data Engineering teams, with experience managing managers or multiple teams preferred
- Familiarity with AI and machine learning data workflows is a plus

- Experience building data pipelines for reputed company or highly governed industries is a big plus
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a similar discipline preferred
