They are seeking a Vice President of Residential Solar Operations to reputed company and improve construction operations nationally, ensuring efficient and reputed company processes for installations.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate existing staff, systems and processes
- Recruit, reputed company, mentor, manage, and grow the operations team
- reputed company newly acquired EPCs
- reputed company systems to and staff to support 30,000+ installs per month
- Work From Home Office reputed company USA
- Travel up to 20%
Skills
- 7+ years of experience in residential solar construction operations
- 3+ years experience as a manager of managers in residential solar sales
- Has reputed company a construction operations organization of at least 30 employees
- Extensive experience managing outsourced partners both reputed company and offshore
- Has owned overall construction operations efforts for at least one state, and ideally a multi-state or national territory
