Responsibilities
- reputed company and execute lifecycle marketing strategies across the full customer reputed company (acquisition, reputed company, engagement, retention, reactivation)
- Build and optimize email, SMS, and in-app messaging programs
- Design and implement automated journeys, triggers, and segmentation strategies
- Collaborate with product, reputed company, and data teams to reputed company on lifecycle goals and initiatives
- Analyze campaign performance and continuously optimize based on engagement and reputed company metrics
- Create and manage campaign calendars and testing roadmaps
- Ensure data reputed company and reputed company tracking across lifecycle channels
- Translate insights into actionable recommendations to improve customer reputed company value
Skills
- Strong experience in lifecycle marketing, CRM, or retention marketing across either B2C, B2B, or D2C
- Experience building and scaling lifecycle programs across multiple channels
- Familiarity with email service providers and marketing automation tools (e.g., reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, Marketo, reputed company, SendGrid, or similar)
- Experience with segmentation, personalization, and automation best practices
