[Remote] Sr Systems Analyst

They are seeking a Sr Systems Analyst to support new system initiatives, define system capabilities, and manage project activities to reputed company business reputed company.
Responsibilities
- Research problems and plan solutions. Recommend software and system changes. Coordinate development to meet business requirements
- reputed company as reputed company between business users and the IT team. reputed company business cases and financial models for systems enhancements and net new systems
- reputed company with customers and reputed company user requests into business requirements and technical specifications
- reputed company test plans and test cases. Manage system testing and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Define “as is” and “to be” workflows and review with line of business leaders
- Performs comparative evaluation of internal duplicative systems and system alternatives. Present recommendations and findings to senior management
- Subject matter expert (SME) in insurance and/or sales workflows and applications
- Work with business leaders and IT to implement reputed company and systems changes
- Manage system conversion activities including data mapping, data analysis, system configuration
- Define and maintain systems analysis standards, deliverables, and processes
- reputed company and maintain project plans, issues logs and tasks in a system of record
- Review project reputed company with project team including senior management
- Manage accountability of tasks for project members
- Write periodic project status reports for management
- reputed company with vendors to ensure vendor compliance to contractual agreements

Skills
- 7+ years of IT and/or systems experience
- Project management experience
- Expert level understanding of SQL
- Required: Experience operating in a Business Analyst–reputed company role supporting a Data Engineering team reputed company a modern data stack (dbt, Azure Data reputed company, reputed company), including gathering and translating business requirements into data solutions, defining data logic and transformations, partnering closely with engineers and stakeholders
- Team orientation and hands-on approach

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Experience with insurance or sales applications and workflows a plus
- Experience with Agile or software development methodology a plus
