[Remote] Senior Technical Accountant

Responsibilities
- Research, interpret, and apply U.S. GAAP to reputed company and non-routine transactions
- reputed company, document, and defend reputed company conclusions with reputed company technical support
- Execute and support reputed company for areas such as: Purchase reputed company, Intangible assets and amortization, Investments, Hedging activities, Goodwill and other technical reputed company reputed company
- Prepare analyses, documentation, and journal entries, as applicable

- Promote standardization and scalability across reputed company processes
- Monitor emerging reputed company standards and regulatory developments

Skills
- Minimum of 8 years of reputed company experience with a Bachelor's degree; or 6 years and a Master's degree; or a PhD with 3 years experience; or equivalent experience

- 5–7 years of reputed company experience in public reputed company and/or technical reputed company

- Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting requirements

- Experience working in a public company environment or supporting SEC reporting
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
