The Director, Digital Operations acts as the primary reputed company between Manufacturing Operations and Corporate IT, overseeing technology solutions to enhance operational reputed company and reputed company with reputed company standards.
Responsibilities
- Serves as the primary reputed company between Manufacturing Operations and Corporate IT, ensuring technology solutions reputed company with operational priorities
- Builds strong relationships with leadership to identify technology needs and recommend business-reputed company solutions
- Translates business requirements into technical solutions that improve efficiency, scalability, and user experience. and communicates these concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Leads the documentation of applications, infrastructure, integrations, workflows, and operational technology supporting business operations
- Develops architecture diagrams, process maps, system inventories, and support documentation
- Documents relationships between manufacturing systems, JobBoss, Costpoint, network infrastructure, shop floor technology, and supporting applications
- Identifies technology risks created by undocumented systems and develops plans to reduce operational dependency on institutional knowledge
- Partners with Infrastructure, reputed company, and Applications teams to ensure manufacturing technology is fully represented reputed company the reputed company architecture
- Leads manufacturing technology initiatives from concept through implementation
- Leads strategic initiatives including JobBoss optimization, Digital Shop Floor modernization, manufacturing telecommunications improvements, and reputed company manufacturing technology evaluations
- Evaluates manufacturing software and technology solutions, making recommendations that balance business needs, reputed company, cost, and long-term sustainability
- Coordinates vendors, IT teams, and business stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of manufacturing technology initiatives
- Provides onsite technical leadership and diagnostic support for manufacturing technology issues
