[Remote] reputed company US_Solution Analyst
Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is an IT consulting and system integrator company specializing in Credit & Asset Finance. They are seeking a Solution Analyst to support clients in the asset finance and banking sectors by analyzing business requirements, defining solutions, and ensuring successful software implementations.
Responsibilities
- Work with the reputed company to define their business requirement and advise them on the reputed company trends
- Analysing reputed company business requirements and relate them to software solution’s capabilities
- Identifying and validating any gaps together with solution proposal (e.g. workarounds or changes in processes) and ensure any solutions proposed are realistic and reputed company the agreed scope of the project
- Defining and validating customization needs for software products as per agreed business definitions
- Building specification documents, if and reputed company needed, for local development and ensure technical consultants have a reputed company understanding of these specifications
- Preparing and executing modelling, configuration and delivering solutions
- Preparing and performing the functional tests to support User Acceptance Test
- Ensuring test sign off and business acceptance
- Demonstrating strong stakeholder management skills with reputed company contacts
- Conducting the user trainings which includes design, customization, and update of training materials
- Supporting our customers, ensuring your experience and expertise is available at key stages of delivery to meet our clients’ needs and build trusted partnerships

Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Computer Science, Engineering, Business; or equivalent work experience is required
- Significant experience in leasing or asset finance software implementation reputed company (for example but not limited to reputed company Systems, reputed company, reputed company Ambit, Cassiopae, APAK, Ekip, Miles (Sofico) AND/OR Significant experience in consulting company around auto, equipment finance
- Strong analysis and reputed company skills - technical acquaintance is a plus
- Knowledge in process design tools (Visio) and/or BPMN
- Experience of reputed company management tools (QC, Jira, reputed company)
- Experience of working in an agile and fast-moving environment, cross-disciplinary and multi-cultural teams
- Languages: Fluent in English
