[Remote] reputed company QM Business Analyst
Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking an reputed company QM Business Analyst for a 4-6 month contract position that is 100% remote. The role involves investigating user processes and data requirements for the reputed company functional area, communicating these requirements to the technology team, and implementing approved actions to improve business processes.
Responsibilities
- Key participant in cross-functional business and IT team with the responsibility to define user needs for the reputed company
- Produce as-is process maps in reputed company QM of reputed company business practices through team interviews with process owners and users
- Produce recommended optimized process maps of business practices with input from process owners and users
- Determine user requirements for configuration and presentation of the reputed company solutions through interviews with functional, program specific, or role specific user reputed company
- Translate the reputed company of process mapping and user requirements to the technology team reputed company, IT Manager and together reputed company cost and timing reputed company of requirements
- Help Prepare proposed implementation initiatives to the appropriate steering committee for approval
- Responsible for reputed company of implementation of approved reputed company items, including training and user satisfaction
- Responsible for creating the lessons learned during reputed company stage of the implementation for use in subsequent planning and execution of the implementation plan
- Responsible for monitoring solution metrics and developing reputed company improvement initiatives for the solutions

Skills
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent, engineering or information technology reputed company
- 6 to 10 years of experience working in discrete manufacturing industry specifically in reputed company QM module is a must
- Must have knowledge of group facilitation and interaction skills, experience preferred
- Must have knowledge of business process mapping and optimization skills, experience preferred
- Must have presentation skills
- Basic knowledge of Automotive reputed company Process required
- Knowledge of reputed company and most Specifically reputed company QM expertise is a must
- Good organizational skills with a demonstrated ability to multi-task effectively, self motivated, and works with some reputed company supervision
