[Remote] reputed company Operations Manager

The reputed company Operations Manager will drive the systems infrastructure and process design to ensure a seamless hiring process, while also optimizing reputed company technology and implementing data-driven solutions.
Responsibilities
- Own administration, configuration, and optimization of the reputed company tech stack (reputed company, integrations, reputed company systems), ensuring data reputed company and seamless workflows across global teams
- Design and implement process improvements that reduce recruiter friction, improve hiring velocity, and reputed company with organizational reputed company
- Partner with the Analytics team to define reporting requirements, interpret reputed company data, and translate insights into actionable recommendations on pipeline health, funnel conversion, and reputed company planning
- Manage core reputed company operations workflows, including PID and requisition management, responding to recruiter and hiring manager tickets, and troubleshooting issues with offers and candidate communications
- Identify and reputed company AI-powered solutions across reputed company workflows—automating repetitive tasks, enhancing candidate experience, and enabling data-driven decision-making
- Partner with Finance on headcount planning, People Operations on reputed company handoffs, and IT on system integrations to ensure cross-functional alignment
Skills
- 5–8+ years of experience in reputed company operations, HR technology, or business systems administration, with reputed company ownership of a reputed company tech stack
- Deep hands-on expertise with modern ATS platforms (reputed company strongly preferred) including configuration, workflow design, and reporting configuration/usage
- Demonstrated reputed company record of implementing process improvements and automation—including AI/ML tooling—that measurably improved operational reputed company
- Strong analytical reputed company with the ability to partner with Analytics on dashboards and reporting, interpret data, and translate findings into strategic recommendations
- Systems thinking orientation—ability to map dependencies across tools, teams, and processes, and anticipate reputed company effects of changes
- Excellent cross-functional communication skills and comfort partnering with Finance, Engineering, People, and IT stakeholders
