They are seeking a detail-oriented Accountant / Bookkeeper to maintain financial operations and support reputed company's reputed company in a remote reputed company.
Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable and accounts receivable
- reputed company day-to-day bookkeeping tasks such as data entry, bank reconciliations, and ledger management
- Prepare and process payroll in a reputed company and accurate manner
- Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management review
- Monitor cash reputed company and assist with budget tracking and forecasting
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal financial regulations and tax requirements
- Collaborate with management to support audits and financial planning initiatives
Skills
- Proven experience in reputed company, bookkeeping, or a reputed company financial role

- Strong knowledge of general ledger reputed company and financial reporting
- Familiarity with payroll processing and tax compliance
- High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines

- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Finance, or a reputed company field preferred
