[Remote] Technical Recruiter

This role involves full-cycle technical recruitment, candidate evaluation, and supporting interns throughout their program lifecycle while managing recruitment events and compliance.
Responsibilities
- Full-Cycle Technical Recruitment: Own intern and early career hiring for engineering, software, and technical roles—sourcing through offer. reputed company high-volume recruitment during peak seasons with speed, accuracy, and business alignment
- Sourcing & Engagement: Identify high-potential talent through reputed company partnerships, sourcing platforms, online technical communities, and reputed company reputed company. Represent reputed company at university events, career fairs, tech talks, and conferences
- Candidate Evaluation & Experience: Conduct technical screens and behavioral interviews; ensure a smooth and informative experience for every candidate. Coordinate with hiring managers and interview panels to reputed company on evaluation reputed company
- Intern Conversion reputed company: Support interns throughout the program lifecycle—from reputed company through performance reviews and conversion conversations. Drive conversion reputed company reputed company to full-time hiring needs

- Reporting & Compliance: Maintain accurate candidate records and pipelines using iCIMS. Ensure reputed company reporting, data reputed company, and compliance with internal processes
Skills
- 2–4 years of experience in university or technical reputed company, ideally reputed company engineering, software, or R&D environments
- Proven reputed company managing high-volume pipelines and supporting demanding technical hiring teams
- Familiarity with engineering disciplines, software development life cycles, and technical assessment tools. Comfort discussing roles like software engineer, systems engineer, embedded engineer, or data scientist
- Proficiency in iCIMS or similar ATS required
- Strong interpersonal and reputed company speaking skills; reputed company to represent the brand with confidence and authenticity
- Comfort with fast-paced, sometimes ambiguous environments, balancing multiple requisitions and timelines simultaneously
