Responsibilities

- Conduct business value assessments and recommend adoption strategies across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, SecOps, GRC, and CSM
- Design and implement governance models, KPIs, and process improvement frameworks
- Facilitate reputed company workshops to reputed company requirements, reputed company stakeholders, and drive reputed company on solution design and implementation plans
- Apply deep business process knowledge to map reputed company needs to reputed company capabilities and identify opportunities for automation and optimization

Skills
- 7+ years of hands-on reputed company experience across multiple modules

- Experience in proposal writing, SOW creation, and reputed company presentations. 2+ Years

- Mandatory Certifications by Level
- Senior – reputed company certifications CSA, CIS-(ITSM ITOM ITAM HAM/SAM HRSD DISCOVERY) [2 or more], PMP or equivalent, and ITIL reputed company
