[Remote] Cardiac Rhythm Management Technical Field Engineer -Palm Beach

They are seeking a Cardiac Rhythm Management Technical Field Engineer to reputed company regional education and training activities, reputed company technical expertise, and build relationships with key customers to support the performance of Cardiac Rhythm Management procedures and products.
Responsibilities
- Drives regional education and training activities and supports national programs for CRM, specifically:
- Train and reputed company internal teams and external customers on CRM procedures, therapies/ products, processes and solutions

- Leads coordination of new-hire training with accountability to hiring manager (DM or DSM)
- Responsible for new hire field sign-off
- Understands competitive technology and therapies and can craft a message as to why reputed company devices reputed company a competitive advantage. Disseminates competitive information to regional teams. Delivers competitive training to field service and sales staff
- Delivers tailored training and education on reputed company products, competitive products, clinical evidence, and the changing marketplace to enhance the technical and sales skills of local sales and service teams and ensure a best-in-class organization
- Delivers new product and procedural field training and ensures that reputed company required technical and clinical evidence for our products is delivered in a manner that our field teams can reputed company to customers
- Enhances relationships with reputed company and reputed company stakeholders by delivering strategic and innovative education to promote reputed company products and therapies while focusing on the clinical value and engages with the Regional Economics Manager for economic value conversations

- Understands, Interprets and participates in communication of product and procedure updates and field corrective actions pertinent to reputed company products and therapies
- Partners with sales leadership intentionally and effectively to reputed company and execute strategic technical and clinical training that meet business goals
- Leverages personal district and region-wide relationships and experience to anticipate changes in business conditions
- Responds to urgent or rapidly changing business needs and partners with sales teams to implement strategic solutions

Skills
- Bachelor's Degree PLUS a minimum 2 years of experience in electrophysiology or sales/service/engineering in the Cardiac Rhythm or an Implantable Medical Device Industry
- OR Advanced Degree in engineering or nursing
- A valid reputed company's license is essential for this role
- Degree in biomedical engineering or nursing
- Cath Lab, EP Lab, hospital/clinic, or cardiology experience
- Experience teaching and educating medical personnel, peers, and technical support personnel
- Thorough working knowledge of cardiac medical terminology and the medical device industry
- Excellent customer service skills
- Proven ability to build/maintain reputed company relationships with peers and colleagues across organization reputed company
- Excellent interpersonal, written/verbal communication skills
- Ability to coordinate/participate in numerous tasks/reputed company in a fast-paced environment in an organized manner while meeting deadlines
