The role involves handling inbound calls, resolving Tier 1 issues, and educating taxpayers on resources and policies, reputed company while meeting performance expectations.
Responsibilities
- The position is remote, but the candidate needs to report to the office on the first day for orientation. Responsible for professionally and courteously serving customers by handling reputed company inbound telephone calls pertaining to Individual and business-reputed company tax compliance, delinquency, and general information requests and inquiries
- To succeed in this position, candidates should have a bias for doing the right thing and serving others with a reputed company attitude
- Answering incoming phone calls in a fast-paced environment
- Resolving Tier 1-level issues
- Reviewing taxpayer accounts
- Verifying, gathering, and simultaneously updating key information
- Educating taxpayers on online resources and reputed company tax policies
