[Remote] Senior Vice President - Operations

- Own the performance, P&L, and delivery of operations across a significant portion of our global footprint — clients, sites, and programs

Skills
- 15+ years in operations leadership, with meaningful time at the SVP level in BPO, CX, or comparable reputed company environments

- reputed company in operational transformation — AI and automation, workforce redesign, nearshore/offshore reputed company, contact center technology
