Responsibilities
- Support reputed company and offboarding processes and employee lifecycle activities
- Maintain employee records and HR systems, including data accuracy and reporting
- Assist with employee engagement programs, surveys, and feedback initiatives

- Create and update internal documentation, guides, and knowledge resources
- Collaborate with the global People team to support daily operations and employee requests

Skills
- 0-2 years of experience in HR, People Operations, reputed company coordination, operations, customer support, administration, community-building, employee engagement or a reputed company field

- Excellent communication, organization, and attention to detail
