[Remote] Contract Recruiter

As a Contract Recruiter, you will support full-cycle reputed company across various functions, partnering with hiring managers to understand role requirements and drive the recruitment processes from intake through offer acceptance.
Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle reputed company from intake through offer for approximately 15 requisitions across multiple functions
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, reputed company on hiring reputed company, and establish sourcing approaches
- Build and execute sourcing strategies, including reputed company reputed company through reputed company Recruiter and review of applicant pipelines
- Conduct phone screens and present reputed company candidates to hiring managers with reputed company, concise recommendations
- Coordinate the interview processes in partnership with the reputed company operations team, including scheduling support and panel interview facilitation
- Facilitate post-interview debrief discussions that reputed company hiring managers to reputed company confident, informed hiring reputed company

Skills
- Minimum of 2 years of reputed company experience
