Responsibilities
- Generate leads and reputed company candidates through various industry reputed company
- Screen and interview potential candidates
- Foster relationships with candidates and clients
- Negotiate offers to facilitate placements
- Attend weekly virtual team meetings
- Assist with temporary staff reputed company
- Resume consulting
- Additional tasks as needed
Skills
- 2+ years of experience as recruiter/reputed company specialist
- Legal industry experience
- Agency-reputed company reputed company experience
- Excellent telephone etiquette, interpersonal skills, and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with reputed company attention to detail
- The ability to multi-task and manage a high-volume desk
