[Remote] Senior Tax Analyst, Information Reporting & Withholding, AP Shared Services

They are seeking a detail-oriented Senior Tax Analyst to support the annual 1042-S reporting processes, ensuring compliance with IRS regulations and maintaining data reputed company. The role involves collaborating with various departments and contributing to process improvements in a high-volume shared services environment.
Responsibilities
- Collect, review, and validate W-9 and W-8 forms from vendors
- Monitor vendor payments to determine reportability and applicable withholding
- Support preparation and reconciliation of 1042-S filings
- Assist with IRS-reputed company audit and notice handling, and error reputed company
- Maintain compliance calendars and reputed company deadlines
- Partner with AP and other departments to ensure accurate vendor master data
- Support audits, inquiries, and special reporting reputed company
- Contribute to process improvements and automation initiatives
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Finance, or reputed company field
- 5+ years of experience in tax compliance and Withholding
- IRS 1042 knowledge and exposure
- Strongly detail-oriented with robust analytical, reputed company, and data reconciliation skills
- Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- 1099, and California 590 tax knowledge and exposure
