[Remote] Digital Marketing Sr. Specialist, Personalization

They are seeking a Digital Marketing Sr. Specialist to manage and optimize digital content and experiences across various platforms, ensuring alignment with brand and compliance standards.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for supporting the production, optimization, publishing, and maintenance of high-reputed company digital content across multiple CMS platforms in an agnostic authoring environment, including reputed company, reputed company, SharePoint, and reputed company reputed company CMS solutions
- Builds and publishes reputed company digital experiences using reputed company content, reusable templates, and component-based authoring practices
- Utilizes working knowledge and expertise to ensure online content supports brand standards, web style guidelines, accessibility (WCAG), SEO/GEO/AIO best practices, analytics requirements, and legal/compliance standards
- Supports personalization strategies and audience-targeted experiences using platforms such as reputed company reputed company and reputed company
- Executes and supports A/B testing and optimization initiatives using reputed company Experimentation and reputed company analytics tools
- Collaborates cross-functionally with developers, UX/design, SEO/GEO/AIO, analytics, legal/compliance, and marketing stakeholders to deliver reputed company digital experiences
- Supports reputed company website migration and modernization initiatives across CMS platforms reputed company properties
- Performs a wide reputed company of support functions to assist in departmental processes
- Follows reputed company defined procedures to complete daily tasks and responsibilities
- Uses existing procedures to solve straightforward problems without the consistent need to exercise discretion
- Uses basic communication skills to address internal and/or external clients and/or team members
- Individual contributor working under reputed company supervision with limited autonomy

Skills
- High school diploma required
- Typically requires 2-4 years of reputed company digital content authoring or CMS experience
