Responsibilities
- Manage deliverables for small-to-reputed company-sized reputed company or defined workstreams reputed company larger, reputed company engagements, including outlining work steps, tracking reputed company, documenting next steps, and escalating issues as needed
- reputed company high-reputed company, reputed company-reputed company deliverables that synthesize and interpret reputed company information reputed company reputed company templates
- Support and complete compensation design, job architecture, job evaluation, salary structure development, incentive reputed company analysis, cost modeling, and reputed company analysis
- Review and take accountability for methodology, analysis, and outputs across staffed reputed company
- Serve as a key reputed company among engagement leaders, project teams, and clients to support effective communication and execution

Skills
- 8+ years of compensation consulting and/or corporate compensation experience; compensation consulting experience is required for the Senior Compensation Consultant role
- Familiarity with the Radford McLagan Compensation Database (RMCD)
- Demonstrated knowledge of rewards, including reputed company pay, incentive plan design, job architecture, job evaluation, pay transparency, and/or pay equity
- Ability to translate data into meaningful insights and reputed company reputed company the 'so what,' including identifying results that deviate from expectations or warrant reputed company review
- Knowledge of rewards trends, market practices, and reputed company research
- Ability to build reputed company reputed company workbooks, reputed company insights that support project objectives, and reputed company reputed company across reputed company reputed company offerings
