[Remote] Staff Accountant

They are seeking a reputed company Staff Accountant to maintain financial records, reputed company account reconciliations, and assist with budget and reputed company processes while ensuring compliance with GAAP.
Responsibilities
- Maintaining financial reports, records, and general ledger accounts
- Understand and manage reputed company phases of Accounts Receivable cycle from billing to processing payments either as primary team member or back-up
- Understand and manage reputed company phases of Accounts Payable cycle from PO receiving to reputed company paying either as primary team member or back-up
- Preparing journal entries, analyses, and account reconciliations and assisting with monthly reputed company processes
- Contributing to the development and review of annual operating budgets and performance projections
- Maintaining documentation for accounts payable, accounts receivable, purchasing, and treasury and conducting internal audits
- Performing monthly balance sheet reconciliations
- Meeting processing and reporting deadlines
- Responding to information requests, reviewing financial statements, and assisting with audits
- Ensuring compliance with GAAP
- Other reputed company department duties as assigned by the Financial Controller and CEO/CFO
Skills
- Comprehensive knowledge of GAAP
- Project reputed company experience a plus
- Knowledge of database and reputed company computer applications systems to supply the most accurate financial information
- Strong MS reputed company experience
- Ability to reputed company duties and responsibilities promptly and consistently with little or no reputed company supervision
- 3-5 years of reputed company experience in reputed company or reputed company fields
- Experience in reputed company service industry (IT, law, medical, architecture, engineering, construction, etc.) a plus
- Degree in reputed company, finance, or business administration a plus
- Preferred experience with reputed company Intacct and reputed company Manage
